• You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service

4. Recording Consent

Many jurisdictions require consent from all parties before recording a conversation. By using Swayla, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents before enabling recording on any call. Swayla is not responsible for your compliance with applicable recording laws.

5. Subscription and Billing

Some features of Swayla require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on paid plans.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Swayla and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your call recordings and generated notes.

Swayla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
